After four weeks trekking/ photographing the Kanchenjunga region of Nepal. This view of Chang Himal above the campsite at Llonak is the inspiration for my next painting.

Slow progress on Chang Himal/ Wedge peak

The main disadvantage with oils is they can take a long time to dry particularily whites. So it's a bit stop start at the moment. Watching paint dry.
